Maruti Suzuki
Objective
The objective of the Maruti Suzuki Low-Fidelity Prototyping Workshop was to help mid-level managers rediscover creativity as a practical workplace capability by introducing prototyping as a tool for communication, experimentation, and problem-solving. Designed as a hands-on innovation intervention, the program aimed to build confidence in expressing ideas tangibly, encourage collaborative thinking across functions, and cultivate an experimentation mindset within a structured, process-driven organizational environment.

Execution
Delivered through BOAT, SOAD’s corporate alignment division, the workshop engaged two cohorts of managers in an immersive prototyping experience at T-Works, Hyderabad. The session was structured around rapid making exercises, team-based concept development, and prototype showcases using simple materials to translate abstract ideas into physical models. Participants explored form, functionality, and user interaction through iterative collaboration, culminating in presentations and reflective discussions. The program successfully enabled participants to communicate ideas more clearly, overcome execution barriers, and adopt a practical innovation mindset applicable to real workplace challenges.
